We here at Pagosa Brewing Company™ feel that although handcrafted beer is some of our favorite beverages, other drinks like wine and spirits have their place at the bar too.
While we are prohibited by state law from making our own wine or spirits, our brewpub license does allow us to feature other producers.
To complement our national award-winning handcrafted beers, we have selected a range of premium top-shelf spirits including some micro-distillers as well as fine wines from highly regarded small production vineyards and meaderies. Below is a the starting point of the a few of the brands we have found to have exceptional quality and a enjoyably smooth. Please stop by for a sample or a flight!
Red Wines
Paso Creek Cabernet (Paso Robles)
Dark garnet with aromas of cherry, Dutch chocolate, currants and hints of toasted sweet oak. Opulent dark fruit flavors, firm tannins, followed with a bold assertive finish.
Pavilion Merlot (Napa)
With aromas of blueberry with notes of cola and unsweetened chocolate. On the pallet, there is a nice mix of bright dark cherries, rich black berries, dark currants, violets and chocolate.
 Chime Pinot Noir (Sonoma)
Dense, bright purple color and a nose packed with cherry kirsch, white pepper spice, earth and subtle vanilla wood. The mouth feel is plump and loaded with savory fruit and a luscious finish.
Trapiche Malbec Oak (Argentina)
Intense and beautiful in color and is remarkable for its predominant sweet aromas of berries and plum jam. The light oak gives it and elegant smoky and vanilla touch.
Big House Petit Syrah (Monterey)
Full body, dark, attractive and rich. Imagine very ripe blueberries with notes of dark chocolate and overtones of creamy oak and you’ll have our petite sirah.
Folie à Deux Zinfandel (Napa)
Very chocolaty right from the bottle with a baked fruit/baked apple note and plenty of sweet spice notes. Very soft with good intensity to the mocha tinged sweet cherry fruit.

Gruet Champagne (New Mexico)
This award winning Brut offers a crisp, and full-bodied sparkling wine,. The allure of the toasty finish complements the sophisticated apple and citrus flavor. (splits & 750ml only)
 Oyster Bay Chardonnay (New Zealand)
Varietal intensity with aromas and flavors of green apple, ripe peach, vanilla, light toasty oak and a note of tropical fruit. Dry and soft balance brought by a touch of acidity and toast.
Shoofly Chardonnay (Australia)
This zippy Chardonnay offers aromas of tropical fruit, peaches and melon while on the palate; grapefruit and lemon zest are complemented by zingy acidity.
Ferrari Carano - Fume Blanc (Sonoma)
Zesty flavors and aromas of grapefruit, citrus and honeydew mingle with a subtle grassy note that is complemented by a lingering finish of mango and guava.
Santa Ana - Torrontes (Argentina)
Enticing aromas that are strikingly similar to Viognier, with hints of peach pit, flowers, and orange citrus fruit. On the palate, it has a beautiful structure and acidity along with enticing fruit flavors.
A to Z Rose (Oregon)
Off-dry light and crisp. Beautifully perfumed, balanced and refreshing, with the body of a red wine and the weight of a white.
